The Association of Families of Portuguese Diplomats is delighted to invite you to participate in a CHRISTMAS CUISINE WORKSHOP with Chef Xandi Mataos on 9 December from 9:30 am until 12:00 at the Cascais Food Lab.
The Menu to prepare will be:
- Portuguese Fish Soup
- Christmas Cod Fish (with a vegetarian alternative)
- Traditional Christmas Fritter and Egg Strands
The workshop will end with the tasting of the menu and a convivial lunch. The cost of 20 EUR/person, to be paid at the event. You only need to bring your apron!
