Diplomatic Bazaar - 18-19/11/2016, Centro de Congressos de Lisboa

Este ano o Bazar Diplomático terá o Alto Patrocínio da Presidência da República.

O Bazar é um evento de solidariedade promovido anualmente pela Associação das Famílias dos Diplomatas Portugueses, em conjunto com as Embaixadas acreditadas no nosso País. O facto de estarem presentes prestigia o País que representam e promove a sua cultura, ao mesmo tempo que contribuem para uma causa de beneficência.

Este ano vamos ser solidários com Instituições que dão apoio a situações de fome e carência extrema, inspirado no Ano da Misericórdia. As Embaixadas que participem no Bazar poderão sugerir instituições que conheçam dentro deste tema e que achem meritórias. As suas candidaturas serão analisadas com o mesmo critério que as outras.

O Bazar terá lugar no Centro de Congressos, nos dias 18 e 19 de Novembro (sexta-feira e sábado), nos Pavilhões 4 e 5.

This year’s edition of the Diplomatic Bazaar has the High Patronage of the Presidency of the Republic of Portugal.

The Diplomatic Bazaar is a charity event organized every year by the Association of Families of the Portuguese Diplomats with the participation of the Embassies and international Organizations accredited in Lisbon. The Embassies have year after year recognised the event as an opportunity to support the much valued social causes and to showcase the products and traditions of their respective countries.

The funds raised this year will benefit institutions that support cases of extreme need and hunger, on the footpath of the “Jubilee of Mercy”. The Embassies may suggest institutions that fit this criteria to submit applications to the funds. The donations will be distributed at a ceremony at Palacio de Belem.

The Diplomatic Bazaar will take place at the Centro de Congressos de Lisboa, on November 18th and 19th (Friday and Saturday), from 11 am to 7 pm, at  Pavillions 4 and 5.
